Dirty rooms I don't recommend staying here..
Its a very average hotel for emergency stay. Staff is good but the rooms are not neat. They provide TV, soap, towel n linen. You have restaurants around so there no problem for food. Commuting is also easy as Panvel station is at Walkable distance
Place was good but was not up to the mark staff was good rooms were average no dustbins to throw the waste parking facility was not proper. TV plays only free channels which are limited space was average.. just parking, TV and dustbin created problm other wise I would have given 5 stars but giving 4 stars..
Rooms are good and spacious. The Approach is very narrow as it is located on second floor of a commercial building. Very close to Panvel railway station. However it is not suitable for female only groups or family as this lodge does not attract a decent crowd. Had a bad experience a few months back when I had booked rooms for my guests who were expected to arrive very early in the morning. Even after scolding the staff for wrongful behaviour of their customers towards us, the receptionist asked me to not mind about the incident as they are compelled to accept such customers to keep the business running. The lodge is couple friendly and alcoholic people friendly. Would never recommend to family and friends.
I was disappointed with the policies of OYO because of which we were not allowed to check-in. No where in the policy while making booking it was mentioned that in a single room there will be unequal number of male and female. We three cousins made an emergency booking but was denied on the same grounds. We were made to wait on a fake promise for more than 30 mins and even after speaking with the property manager and customer care executive at the end were asked to make booking for 2 rooms to which we didn't agreed and were denied booking. Disappointed both with the reception as well as from the OYO. Kindly from future make your rules and policies more clear and straightforward so that travellers like us don't face any issue even after booking at late hours.
very pleasant stay I had there. room service is very nice. food at reasonable price and room is worth the price paid. Arijit ji who is manager there is very polite and helping nature. didn't had any problem during stay. thanks swaraj lodge for making my stay memorable.
The location is very good . Ideal for a stopover or spending night. There are lots of eating options around for vegetarian food. There a bar also nearby as well as a wine shop. Overall a good place to stay. Staff us helpful enough.

This hotel offers excellent service no matter what. Food at restaurant is so good for the price. Rooms are very luxurious and spacious and very cheap. Room service and receptionist are very co-operative. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
