OYO 3025 Hotel Amaze - North Indian restaurant in Chandigarh, Zirakpur - S.a.s Nagar, India

Yes, it is ok to stay here, but for if you want to stay for one or two nights, There rooms are very neat and clean, and washroom is also very clean and geyser facility is available there, But they don't have wifi , They have tv in the room but they are not in working conditions, The timing of the food is from 8:30 AM To 9:30 PM

im gonna give the honest review. about pros and cons.They didn't give the key to lock the room. rooms don't have windows, if there is window its not op-enable. hospitality was nice waiter was nice. AC + GEYSER + TV + FAN for just Rs. that was awesomenothing as such.

It was a bad experience in this hotel. Their amenities were so poor, washbasin was leaking damaged, shower was leaking, knob of tap was broken, AC wasn't working, 2 channels were the only option in TV, Curtains were so poor and wasn't even covering window properly. They showed 3-4 rooms still the best was with all these things. The major thing about security was just master card no bolt latch option from inside that too they don't give mastercard until to go out for one time. I don't feel that safe. AC is fixed at one speed for all rooms no remote availability. Sorry it was long but Such a bad experience I never saw so far. No landline connectivity for room service. All things were available but nothing was accurately workable. For AC also we called them they denied adjusting, for TV too we rang them they recharged but with 2 channels only, for curtains we asked this was the last option. Asked for card to enter room they told take when you'll go and come back from out. This wasbso poor of them.

Worst hotel. I don't how this hotel is 3 star. Its not even 1 star. Zero cleaniess and ran out of water right after our arrival. A lot of dirt came out of taps after water was released. Totally disgusting.

Hotel is good. But the staff kept to manage the hotel is pathetic. Curse in the name of hospitality. I asked for a glass of hot water at 1 am as I was having too much cough. The person replied by saying "we don't provide anything after 11pm." I mean how hard it is to provide hot water? Just keep a kettle and it's ready in seconds. So I settled for normal water but shamelessly, this guy at reception replied, "Khud aakr lejao wo bhi." This kind of service, that too, for deluxe room. I wonder what they do to regular room people. Well, must've took some special kind of efforts to hire such polite and hospitable guy to take care of guests and increase the business. Very saddening. Never coming back to this place.

I was amazing stay. Staff was very much copretive.However, Food was also amazing. I would recommend this hotel for couple saty and family as well. yes absolutely

Rooms are good but no ventilation, But better than Hotel Tom Stay. Which is opposite to it. You can order food from outside only.

Ambience is good and prices are affordable. Staff is friendly and cooperative. Some standard items such as salt-pepper and napkin holder etc should be kept at individual table, rather than moving the ketchup bottle from table to table. It's a little inconvenient to ask for these obvious items when the staff is too busy sometimes.
