Percectly located just opposite sikar bus stand, nice and clean rooms. Suitable for those visiting city for couple of days. Owner is one of the most womderful person and humble. Excellent service and security 24x7 with CCTV facility. Only flaw is they donot have an elevator so for those travelling with old people should know that walking up steps will be little difficult for old people.
No rooms on ground floor.
Rest hygeine, cleanliness, aircondition, and washroom are perfectly fine.
The person name girjanand as a receptionist, is one of the most greedy person and lier.. he just wanted money and in return .. zero service .. I was the one who approached the sawariya hotel by contacting his owner..he also didn't even pay the regards to it and gave me the worst room of hotel
. And told that every room is booked .. and next day I found all rooms he said booked was empty. I stayed there for 6 hours he demanded 2 days fees .. HE IS GREEDY AND LIER.. try vinayak, maruti nandan hotel instaed.. don't fall in the girjanand trap..
Enough good place for your short business trips in the city. Food quality is not so great and its located just outside the central bus depot so don't ask for a great view. If you are coming with family, You better search for other options.
Hot/Cold water and electronics work fine but rooms are overpriced for their poor furnishing and maintenance. There were spider webs in the bathroom and the flush dripped a lot. The water bottle they gave was already open and the towel dirty which they both replaced on request.
