OYO 30173 Hotel Oak Tree - Hotel in Thiruvilwamala - Thrissur, India

Place is nice and dandy. It has a bar (AC and Non-AC). It doesn't have too much variety to offer in its menu. Whatever it has is tasty and affordable though. It also has a small indoor air-conditioned conventional centre and an inn.

I had called to the reception . I don't kNow who took the phone any way that moron was sounded so arrogant. As if it's his dad's business and you can come if you want l don't care. Even I'm a entrepreneur and always I have kept this in my mind 'better the customer service than yesterday always gives you more customers. I guess they don't need any. I have never got such a behavior from any of the hotel receptions so far . I won't ever turn to oak tree anymore.

One of the best hotels in this locality. It has got a beer and wine parlor as well. Good was tasty and the rooms are neat and well maintained. Economically the best option for a classy stay.

Extremely bad experience waiter was very sarcastic. I came with my family around 1 and the waiter told us after 20 mins that there is no cook, the preference is for the bar.. Worst place... Not at all recommended for family We left the place without having food.

Food is great..good hygiene..i am reducing one star because there is too much delay for preparation

This is probably the shittiest hotel on earth, Not because of the service or quality of food or cleanliness, but because they cheated in my bills. Over charged everything, as a result my bill is 4 times of what should be. Thank god i stayed only for few hours else i would have been robbed... Do not prefer this

A good and excellent three star hotel now upgraded to four star. Having AC and Non AC rooms. Beer and wine parlour presently available.
