Very bad food quality and the most worst hotel in falakata ever. Prices are too high and food quality and rooms are very very bad

This is the worst hotel in West Bengal. People are very uncooperative. They are not willing to help any guest and are always saying no our faces for any help. They did not agree to heat up our food for dinner which we bought from them for lunch. No soap or dustbin provided in hotel rooms. People talk in foul languages in front of women. This hotel should be shut down immediately. Not at all recommended.

Room quality is upto the mark as per charge But service totally poor. TV, Gidger , Phone are only show-off. Not working at all even after request they are unable to provide the same. Resturant not a provide the food on time they can provide a tea after 1 hrs with after lots of follow up.

Excellent resting place in Falakata area. Travellers willing to visit dooars can stay in this beautiful hotel. All rooms are spacious and well decorated with modern gadgets. In addition to double bedded rooms there are three and four bedded rooms also both AC and non-AC. Price is pocket friendly. A beautiful restaurant is also there. Foods are good and delicious. Banquet for meetings or seminar is also available. Other than location Hotel Panchadeep is place worth visiting.

Would love to give 0 star. Worst hotel ever seen in my life. No from service, poor hygiene, house keeping at its worst . Evel slums will be better than this hotel. Stay in railway station rather than staying here

Infrastructure and maintenance are quite good...but the food quality was not satisfactory for me.. When I first saw it I thought i am in a wrong place. Then some of my friends told me that it's a marriage hall cum restaurant ... Staffs are helpful.. Plays mild music . If you are are couple I don't prefer you this place.. And also this place is not in a proper place..But loved it as we went there to celebrate our friends birthday If you are falakatian.. Don't be upset reading this... Thank you

Best hotel in Falakata. Enjoyed the food very much during our stay. The staff were very cooperative, they arranged for the local sight seeing as an when we asked for, very good for family as they have bigger rooms which are well maintained.

This is my most worst experience of my 15 years Marketing life. Night 1:00 AM they are forced to us for check out . The owner was fully drunk and mental. Suggest to all do not book this hotel. We are also FIR and teken legal process for the same
