OYO 29716 Hotel Paras - Hotel in Una - Una, India

Don't book this hotel for any function. They promise you big when booking and after that they will make cheap arrangements. Many of the the promised things will be missed at the time of function. And will give many excuses.

One of the worst hotel in una don't go for it they treat customers very badly such a bad experience......

i ordered korma which was in rice dish list.. even i ask the order receiver that it is rice item shell we try curd with it.. he said we will serve chatni with it. i said ok.. after sometime he called me and said that by mistake we made another korma.. so we will serve you this with chapati. price of my korma was 180 and another korma 260.. they forcefully give me that 260 ruppee korma and chapati price extra.. that was out of my budget.. very bad experience.. you can check hotel's price list of food

A very nice hotel on the main road of una. Walking distance from bus stand, mall & local market. Rooms are clean. Owner himself takes lots of pain regarding facilities and services. Food options can be little better. Parking facilities/lift/ restaurant/ beer bar is also available. Overall it's a nice property.

Beware Before Booking ! Even if you do not have any option apart from this one, Please check the points I mentioned below before you book it ! Hotel is Available on OYO but even if you do booking ,they will FORCE YOU TO CANCEL IT, and force you to do check in manually by paying money there. Manager REFUCED to accept money via UPI, as per him, they do not wanna show entry to government in order to save taxes. They do not register your entry and exit, just to save taxes. Mostly, people use this hotel to spend night and to catch train early in the morning, but if you are coming with family beware, manager was drunk when we reached. When you go with your female partner, they are not respectful and be RUDE. Manager is nasty. IF YOU BOOK HOTEL TO GET SOME REST, THAN FORGET IT ! HOTEL WILL BE ALWAYS IN PARTY MOOD Until Midnight, Probably Local People prefer this hotel to get drunk and do party NO TAXI SERVICE from Hotel, Even if you are ready to pay, It is not available. You will only get taxi from ISBT which is 1.5km far from the Hotel. AC was not good, also they have power cut problems, could not sleep properly. No positive point about hotel, totally Disaster.

This hotel does not take bookings via Oyo. We had to pay rupees 1400 per night. Then we had to ask for towels, soap, etc. There was a party going on with drunk people creating a scene till midnight. The next morning their cooks got to work at 5:30 am and messed our sleep. They talk so loud and run around disturbing everyone. All the rooms are facing an open area where the cooks chop and cook food while playing loud music on their phone. You can hear all the nonsense and smell the spices and foods in the bed which is very discomforting. The two nights we stayed, we were forced to wake up at 5:30 AM courtesy this mess. We were also billed for the complimentary breakfast as we ordered sandwiches and eggs. They didn't mention only tea and paranthas are provided as complimentary. The only good thing about this place is the guys are the front desk are helpful and the staff is courteous. The availability of parking was a good thing though construction activity going on led to cement mixture being splashed on the entire side of my car. The managers need to look into these niggles and fix them for customers to have a pleasant stay and thus earn better reviews.
