Room cleaning is very poor. Toilets are not good. Bathing water came out of the room. TV is not working. No staff for room service. Food is very costly. Third class hotel. Not recommended for stay.

1. Rooms are clean and comfortable, but is not well maintained. There were cracks in the walls of the rooms. 2. Intercom does not work and wifi speed is very poor. 3. Better than other hotels in nearby areas at the given price. You can check in anytime. 4. Room service is not upto the mark, had to request multiple time for one extra blanket. 5. Food is very spicy of the hotel, so if you don't like spicy food you should skip hotel's food. 6. Best hotel for one night stay in mathura. My Overall ratings : 3.5stars out of 5 stars
It's the v.nice hotel in mathura, from station it's like 10 mins by rickshaw cycle. The owner gave us the Early check in without any extra charge.. Hotel rooms are really nice. Ac and non AC rooms are available. Rooms are quite big. Downstairs there is a restaurant food was really good. We order Punjabi it was nice. Even the breakfast and tea was amazing. Overall value for money.
We booked The Entire hotel for a whole day.. The food quality is good and location is very beautiful But as a customer experience.... We feel that entire hotel needs maintenance and house keeping of facilities.. Time bound maintenence is urgent need of hour for the hotel.... As seen from A customer eye...
Bad service. Hotel authority is very unprofessional. Intercom not works. Wifi speed is very low. Room service very bad. Whole day the didn't gave water. We asked them fot 5 times. But they don't give us. Bathroom room size very bad.
Recommended from my side with some improvements/recommendation. Located just opposite to Govt. Museum. Stayed there for 2 nights in June 2016. Only complaint i have is related to A.C. as A.C. got switched off during mid night (Both nights) and I have to run down to reception around 1:30 AM (After waiting for an hour that it will start working without my interference). Food taste was OK. Staff was good in dealing.

Arrived at 12 PM and went straight for breakfast. Loved every bit of it. Ambiance is nice. Good staff and our table assistant PAVAN was really helpful and nice. Totally recommend it. Cheers. Enjoy. Love to come back again.
