Worst experience ever. Not recommended. I needed some urgent places to rest but they took undue advantage. Doors are very noisy . Bed uncomfortable. Ac smells like hell. Spending After a few hours of this mystery box. When I like to move out. They are asking for extra money. The manager lied about online booking.
Try to book the rooms using online bcoz in offline prices may be higher. Rooms were clean and spacious. The management could be more helpful and lenient. Overall a good place near the sangam Ghat if u wish to visit.
place was all good. But a major problem here about to parking I went there with my own vehicle but when i arrived there and asked with receptionist that where is the parking here he told me that sorry sir! we don't have any parking area. Then we were feeling bad to it but that receptionist was helping so he had tried to have that vehicle at their another place and when we had check out from that place then he return us that. thankyou so much I loved this place. Because another service of hotel was all good neet and clean.
Internet speed good... food quality good... the only problem is the room service... room service is not that quick or sometimes inactive... outside food not allowed which is the major drawback... otherwise neat and clean room and luxurious beds... worth staying for a day or 2 days...
Worst experience. The manager acts like he is doing some favour by letting us stay there. They dont allow outside food from swiggy or zomato to some how force you to buy it from their pathetic restaurant. Please avoid.
Booked two rooms online at Rs1646 but after on the spot the manager said showed (as online) rooms are currently unavailable due to technical fault. He gave small rooms. on 2 floor,, No lift available,,, Parking area is not available,,, Ac remote is missing,,, TV is not working so after complain and 45 mins. Setup problem got solved.
Same issue here... Booked hotel on oyo but when I reached at hotel, my entry was denied by the hotel owner due to the low price of the room as showed on oyo app before... But the room was cleaned and well maintained

I found the room size little bit small in area and service is slow in the night. Overall experience was good. The good thing, it is nearby to civil lines bus stand and calm area with good parking facility and EV charging also available here for cars

Beatiful historic hotel. The staff are attentive and helpful. The food is good and plentiful. My bedroom was on the roof which was exciting and gave easy access to fantastic views across tge city to the Ganges. I enjoyed my stay here very much.
