OYO 2955 Rituraj - Hotel in Guwahati - Kamrup Metro, India

The interiors were beautiful like a palace. The staffs are well- mannered. Rooms are spacious enough and cozy. Budget friendly. Only downfall is the location of the hotel although it is peaceful with no such traffic sounds or whatsoever, there is no big convenience store nearby, you'll have to walk some few mins to go and buy stuffs. Overall , an excellent stay. Will definitely recommend.

This place is reasonable. The bed was big. we three could sleep comfortably. It was winter and it was reasonably warm. Hot water is available round the clock. The food is freshly made. The lobby looks fancy. The major disadvantage is that the room size is a bit on the lower side. There is not enough place if u have too much luggage/ kids with you. On the whole it was good. The location is in a market place, which makes the street crowded.

PROS: Hotel room and washroom are well maintained and also neat and clean. Hotel staffs are well behaved. They are very co-operative. Lift is also a plus point. CONS: Hotel food price is high. Hotel location is not good. It's situated inside a whole sale market. So it's not a good place for any traveller.

Rooms are good and foods as well. They provide breakfast buffet with lots of options which is too good. The only problem I faced is the on going work in the hotel at my stay. The loud sound made problems. Except that everything was at the best. Lunch and dinner are expensive but comes with tasty foods.

Good clean room. AC was not working properly. At the time of check in, behaviour of the front desk staff was very poor. Asked for extra charge for early entry, but reluctant to give receipt. The lady at the front desk at the time of check out in the evening was extremely customer friendly and polite. I wish every person behaves like her to a customer. God bless her.

Pros:- The cosy rooms. The well behaved staff . The great BREAKFAST options n taste(the best thing). Cons:- The room size (cons for few). The too highly expensive food. The locality is very raw n semi urban.

Rituraj is one amongst all those hotel who has maintained them-selves over all these years! They have rooms available in all different range, which means one can book rooms according to their pocket or spend more as per their luxury! Food out here has been perfect as well! parking spot available! lifts/elevator properly working! kind staff members!

The pictures provided by this hotel on booking sites was highly misleading. Rooms were dirty and gloomy, AC never worked fine, room service was horrible, storage cabinets in the room were utterly dirty, and the bathrooms were an abomination. Please don't waste your money by booking this hotel. Ahh almost forgot, an entire window pane was missing, which the hotel had only patched with a paper cartoon box. They only have a well decorated entrance lobby, don't be fooled by that.
