OYO 29188 Hotel Sai Palace - Hotel in Jabalpur, Raksha - Jabalpur, India

This hotel is good. Manager is very polite and didn't ask unusual question. Rooms are clean and all thins are working AC , TV lights fans. I had a nice stay there so I'll suggest it is very good there to stay.

Worst hotel I have ever booked. This is first time experience. For online booking, they kept some room in 3rd floor which is very bad condition. Even though good lodge will be better than this. Once you pay online, then your money is gone. They will simply say that offline booking is first priority and good room will be given to them. At last, they will say that is our wish if we want to stay or leave because they have already got the money. you cant even stay for 2-3 hours. Avoid this hotel especially online booking. There are very good hotel near to this. Choose other hotels and save your hard earned money.

Very Dirty rooms. Not cleaned properly. Bedsheets dirty, toilet very dirty. Very rude staff. The receptionist takes away the gusts' original Id card and would return it only during check out. Booked a room through the OYO app. But the pictures uploaded on the OYO app is so different from the reality of the condition of the room.

Staff was helpful but the room maintenance was horrible. Bedsheet, pillow covers, blanket covers, bathroom, doormat outside bathroom was too dirty. Bathroom was badly managed with broken taps dirty bucket. On complaint, Bedsheet was changed and blanket's dirty cover was removed. Cupboard had no locks. However, AC and Fan was working fine. I would not recommend it to anyone until the mentioned issues are seriously addressed.

The rooms are smelly and are not cleaned regularly. Same case with pillow covers, bedsheets, and blankets. Not good for anyone with allergies. Had to request them 6 times before they brought the additional bed. On the positive side, if you can get a room for 300/night, the air conditioning in the room I had worked well. They also have parking in front of the hotel. That said, there are a number of other options in the area.

very bad hotel staff behavior. The images shown on oyo is giving wrong impression. In real, rooms are cozy and very dirty and bad. Its better to stay at Railway station otherwise selecting this hotel. After complaining to Oyo, the hotel staff start saying in very bad manners that Oyo charges so low and it seems that we have opened Veshyalay. If you can't provide better facility then never show it and don't provide rooms for couple if you have to say wrong words.

Wrll cost is low...hygiene was not there....room and others things giver were not up to date...clenliness was not too good.
