I visited to times for this hotel on first time it will be ok all good but on second time it turned as worst. In some rooms there is no hot water even there is geyser it's not working, in some room no TV working, in some room there is no bolt for bathroom door, when we ask manager he told to make adjust, and staff in higher level are very rude. They do not respond properly. When leaving on that time they only make there ratings 5 star that much worst there staff. The bedspread are not so clean. But when we stay 5 days there they don't even come a day to clean room.
When I went to the hotel they behaved like they are providing the best hotel in the world but the bedsheet aren't clean, after saying 10 times he didn't cleaned the dustbin, when asked for the water says that we have water cooler but asked to fill water from tank, when I went to washroom I ended up locked in washroom because the opening handle came in hand. Worst hotel don't come here.
Expect nothing less than professionalism!
I booked through oyo, but when we arrived at the property about 11 p.m., they denied our check-in and excused that they no longer take oyo bookings. In the dead of night, we had to go out and find another property.
