Worst OYO not even allowed to pee on emergency my sister was having a kidney stone she somtimes faces a very extreme pressure and pain due to same issue..! And that man on reception not knw his name but he didnt allow her to pee and ask her to come alone and pee in the room toilet on the upper top floor..

- Staff is not polite
- Rooms aren't maintained, Everything is broken
- Washrooms are dirty, Faucets are tusty
Oyo is cheating by showing the wrong price, plz shutdown this application.
The hotel room was pathetic, I have observed the following missing service:
1. Room was not clean
2. Bedsheets and pillow are not washed.
3. Bathroom tap broken
4. Bucket and mug was missing
5. Room was stinging
I am uninstalling OYO app.
the reception is adjusted nearby a space left next to staircase ..
the receptionist (female) is soooooo rude and bad at behavior..it depends on their mood .. if the online price is low they will not allow your booking and ask for higher amount ..

Very rude behaviour of managers, I booked a room in this hotel with OYO app. Manager denied me to provide room after confirm booking and I had paid the amount.
After all that he badly abused to us. Even owner didn't resolve my problem.
Hight of stupdity. I booked the room but when reached the they denied and did not allow us to stay.
When approached oyo customer care they did not returned the amount and again allotted a room in Gaziabad. I have to forgo my booking amount because i have booked a room in noida and not in gaziabad.
It's a very cheap place. Mosquitoes were flying in the room, geezer was not working, wash basin tap is not working. But price is high.
