OYO 28754 The Sunrise Residency - Hotel in Gangtok - East District, India

Very bad service provided and room is very bad and bathroom gyser doesn't work.and sometimes water is empty in tap.so, i suggest plz don't take this hotel .wrost the money. And only one staff will serve all the service like food,cleaning,sweeper etc. Plz don't go to this the food is extremely bad.

An excellent accommodation provide by this hotel (OYO 61775 Hotel Sunrise Residency) with reasonable budget. This property is located one of the most prime location of Gangtok City. It is considered as Deluxe property, but the Rooms & Bathrooms are just awesome. Rooms are clean and tidy & highly specious. Major rooms have good view from window. Bathrooms are enormous and they have well maintained modern fittings. Staffs are decent and service is too good. They have Travel Deek also. I had tried their Delicacies, which were very testy. One most important thing is car service is available 24 hours from this hotel, no need to change seperate cab for local transport. Pickup & drop facility is available from this hotel. Overall an awesome experience with this property. I am trying to rate this property very specifically - Location - 5 out of 5 Rooms - 5 out of 5 Bathrooms - 5 out of 5 Food - 4.5 out of 5 Parking space - Available Behaviour - 5 out of 5

Very poor service and wrost the money. Room is very bad and bathroom is also very bad.water gyser doesn't work. And quality of food is very bad.so,guys don't take this hotel.

A beautiful hotel in Sichey in Gangtok. Manager is amazing. You get astonishing look from windows in the room. It had a different management 4 months ago so if you book it via Goibibo you will be in trouble because neither Goibibo nor OYO keeps a tab on their hotels. Staffs are very cooperative. Food is good. It is 3 km away from MG road. Rooms are clean and well managed. I was amazed by the helpful response and behavior of Hotel Manager.

If you are looking for comfort stay with luxurious rooms and delicious food then this is your stop in Gangtok. It is not in centre market, so if you are hiring your own taxi better get down here approx 5kms before Gangtok market. No traffic no horns very good location to stay. Hospitality of this place is excellent. Chef himself comes to ask and makes food according to your taste. You must stay here if visiting Gangtok.

Rooms - clean and had all the basic amenities. The beds had a little tiny bug but that was all. Staff - friendly and helpful Food - really tasty and they have good north Indian food which is rare in Gangtok. The utensils were a bit smelly, hence giving 4 stars. Location - the hotel is a bit far from MG Market (the cab will take 200-300rs to drop you to this hotel from MG Market), but the hotel is very close ( 3km) to a few site seeing places like the Banjhakri falls and the paragliding point. Overall, it was a good place to stay at and if you plan on visiting the Banjhakri falls and doing paragliding early in the morning, then you can spend the night at this place.

The hote looks good from outside but the rooms were not so clean still it was fine but the dinner was a bad experience They served food in paper plates and glass, the food was not good at all i mean they served us cauliflower that was probably more than a week old and the restaurant was really dirty.

Not soo good. The rooms had some kind of smell. No fan , ac. Though the manager arranged one table fan between two rooms , on request. Food is fine but you'll hear a lot of noises as it's on the road.
