I booked this hotel through OYO website. When I asked them to connect me to the property, Oyo team realized that the hotel team is no more accepting bookings from Oyo. Although I got full refund, but this should not have happened in the first place. OYO has not updated their systems since ages it seems. I cant imagine the discomfort if I would have reached the hotel with family and the hotel team would have denied my booking... There are far better options available in almost the same rates around this hotel. It is better to opt for them.
1st irritated things is... As per map we can't found hotel... because map instructions and hotel distance is mismatched, then we contact to Oyo customer care they provide hotel contact number.. we continuously contacting to hotel they not picked up it... after that We found and checked in on the time...From OYO site we booked the room at Rs541/- but the maneger said we not get any bookings from OYO...you should book the room as here now at Rs 800/- after there is no any option and so many bargen we booked the room. till we booked the room there hospitality is very bad, about rooms they are very conjusted, bathrooms are not cleaned, no toilet paper is there, no other facility. Just stay and checked out..very hectic experience
Very very 3rd class hotel,and there staff services also not good.... My personal experience..... We request to all going to peoples there pls not stay in this hotel.....,
Worst place to stay...the staffs are very rude. The room given to us didn't have functioning tv. There was no wardrobe. Tiny room with extremely small toilet with no amenities. The ceiling had paint coming off and falling onto the bed which again had thin, old mattress.
The photos are misleading don't believe them. The rooms are not worth the money you pay, also there are no intercom phones in rooms. They price different charges daily.
It is not an oyo hotel but oyo app shows it.If you book this hotel through oyo app you will get lots of difficulties.We have suffered a lot.
