This incident happened in 14th Sept 2023. Mishra acted as a Don. The Receptionist. Behaviour is very bad. I have booked from goibibo but they failed to provide me the room as AC was not working & alloted some other room & charged Rs500 cash from me and never gave me any bill. Even Mr.Mishra told me not to make any online payment. It might happened that he is taking some kind commission from me which hotel management was not aware of it
Worst Hotel. I entered and I was Having E-Aadhar not the Physical one & They Treated Me as a Criminal & They Have Asked 500 Extra Than The Room Price
Honestly it was a pleasant stay. Each and every staff of the hotel were very helpful. Breakfast was complementary and it was very good.
