While the place and stay was very pleasant. Had 3 issues: 1) Since the apartment is newly built there is no lift installed (at the time of writing this post) 2) Paint was peeling off the wall in the bottom. 3) Breakfast is served only till 8 am however the check-in time starts at 12. Yeah so no breakfast when you come in so be prepared. While above issues may be inconvenient for some people, please note that the employees were very helpful and assisted us anytime we wanted something or had doubts navigating the city. Hope this review helps, if it did please leave a like and let me know if things have improved with photos so that I can edit the post to a 4 star.
This is not a hotel. This is service apartment. Room service not available. There is no food hotels near the apartment. When we asking the residency for food hotels they are telling we need to order from zomoto. As well as not providing the water bottle. Complementary food is not good. They giving poori with sambar. There is no transport facilities near the hotel(I.e auto, buses etc).
Worst rooms... Not at all clean room... unclean bathrooms... No food... Full of mosquitos... High rate too... Only thing nice is parking is available... Will never suggest to anyone...
We didn't like the service,we booked 2 rooms here and in one room geaser was not working, and sink was under repair, they didn't give towel for 4 memebers, only gave to 2 and when we asked they said laundry man didn't come so not available. They didn't provided water, and the rooms were on 3rd floor but there was no lift
3 rd floor is converted as oyo rooms and it is maintained properly with parking facility and well behaving staffs but the lift is not erected which makes it difficult to reach the floor
Nice and clean rooms, all things are there as needed. Owner/care taker were having good hospitality
Balcony door could not be locked. Red ants on my bed woke me up. Smelly towels and the entire room was musty smelling. There is no working lift as well
The place was neat and clean but the reception and service were horrible.The food was not good. Only book as a last resort

It was a good stay. Need to improve dining though. Cinematic experience is good but sound effect will disturb the next room...Need to think about sound insulation. Without good sound effect it degrades the cinematic experience.
