OYO 28423 The Uttam Hotel - Hotel in Saharanpur - Saharanpur, India

Bedsheet were very dirty and used one they did not change it. There was no towel and blanket was torned !

I have booked a Hotel for Stay at 09:00 pm, with booking ID FPTR4890, At the time of booking there were no rules shown but after the booking the hotel won't allowed me checking saying that its lockdown from 10:00 pm to 06:00 am. My booking got cancelled and I got ZERO refund. I have booked same hotel offline at 11:30 pm and paid amount in cash, they allowed me for check in. Worst Customer care support and corrupt staff thats what I can say about OYO. I highly recommend not to use OYO stays. Rather go to the Hotel and Pay them in Cash You will get better deal than App with no rules.

This is more like a guest house. Good location near bus stand. Clean although not very hygenic as there were dirt in room. But overall a nice place to stay if you are travelling alone. They dont have dining facility or kitchen, hence I dont know how traveller are commenting on food.

*Extreme Bad expirience* 1. Booked this hotel on makemytrip. The price listed for 1 room was Rs 3880/- and after the hotelier discount and the make my trip discount and taxes I got this hotel for Rs 1065/- the quality and comfort offered at this price was much below normal standards. The rooms and bathrooms were dirty. 2. I checked in at 1400 hrs and they asked me for my id card which I gave and later I leant that they were going to take a photo of it in their mobile so I took it back and got it photo copied myself(these people are least bothered about security of your documents) 3. Charged me 60 rs for 2 bottle of water. Since they gave me water in a jug which was tasting weired so I ordered for mineral water and they gave me some local brand. 4. I couldn't sleep a wink the whole night. I returned back to the hotel around 2100hrs and found most of the rooms were open and some were reeking of alchohol.. The whole place was shady and I could hear some female noises.. I thought I would mind my own business and went to sleep.. There were shouting noises.. Noises of furniture being shifted loud music.. It was all done by the hotel staff.. They had utter disregard for the comfort and sleep of the hotel guests... 5. Highly unprofessional behaviour of the hotel boys and the staff. 6. Unhygienic bathroom and rooms including linen and towel

Worst service ever faced in this hotel. Rooms are dirty Very unprofessional chiller type receptionist They copied my ID more than 1 copy for their own reference. Booked this room aroud. 1200 after coupon but room is not justified for 500 rs. Without coupon Noisy hotel all the time something noisy going around in the hotel full night.

Very worst service they provide to their customers. After getting money from you they don't care about you. Teared blankets they've in their rooms. The TV and exhaust fan in the washroom doesn't work properly and if you tell them to repair it, they will simply said "ab to nhi hoga ji, kal hi ho payega".

The locetion of the hotel is good. but the staff here extra charged on Food drinking thing. water bottle sell on rupees more than MRP ( Rs. 30/- per bottle )

3rd class property. Dirty Bed, Bedsheets, Pillow covers, dirty washroom, broken cupboard, no drinking water, drunk staff, haunted car parking, unhygienic, filthy property. Oyo must look into this to improve atleast some basic demand of Hotel Industry.
