OYO 28248 Hotel Balaji Inn - Hotel in Halol - Panch Mahals, India

Please everyone do not book your stay at this hotel. The hotel staff members are too rude to their customers. They even doesn't know the difference between hard copy and soft copy of the documents. The rooms are never cleaned , and if you humbly ask them to clean the room they make such a horrible face. They don't the rooms keys easily even don't know the booking is online and payment are already made still you have you wait for too long . They are such rubbish people.

Very bad staying experienced at thi one. Poor quality of rooms and toilet conditions. Wrong price on website to make Fraud of customers (Rs=585/-) Fraud images posted as compared to rooms originally.

If you make Oyo booking, please don't.because they not have even proper educated people to respond and communicate. They not have even emotions. They cancel your booking and don't give you any room even vacant Rooms available. I have waited 1 hour at 12am night for process even my booking and payment all done two days before. Worst experience. Worst people.

I think rooms are very good

Rooms were good! Hot bathing water available. 1 Night stay cost around 1000Rs for AC hall. Prices may fluctuate.

Fraud hotel please avoid this hotel...oyo books the room for you online these people sell offline room .so u dont get your booking. Staff behaviour is rude and manger wont come out to talk.

The hotel is in good location, room is neat and clean but it is too congested, No power backups, approch road is very dirty especially rainy session. It is ok ok hotel. Need improvement...

Good and clean rooms... reasonable price....the service is I would say 4 on 10 as the staff including the manager are not that active and there are some things which are there in one room but not in others....but you may choose to live here....
