Worst service ever they didn't give good service to us ac not working bed condition very poor lift not working we stayed for 3 days and it was terrible we know how we managed to climb the stairs because they give our room on the 3rd floor this hotel is terrible don't come to this place pls!
Great hotel to stay, variety of rooms available and staff is very well behaved and responsive too. One star less because food quality can be improved a Lil bit and hot water is available via a solar geyser only so very limited hot water available.
A very good hotel to stay, staff is very polite, responsive and helpful too. Would definitely visit again when again in sirsa. Food can be improved, it is still good but can still be improved, not a deal breaker in any way. Loved my stay here.
Such a bad experience not a proper tv working, not a wifi and the main thing is that hot water is not a placed in washroom and the office staff behaviour is very rude. The customer satisfaction is not a issue in oyo or hotel staff. That was the my life first and last bad experience. i will never see like company hotel and staff is bad. I will never suggest to anyone to use this hotel.
Food was good and rooms were clean . I was in Sirsa for official work ! Booking was done but I didn't checked in late at night ! The hotel manager called me in evening asking about my check-in time and whether I need food or not ! He gave me hot food at 1 am nights . For services
Very bad experience. Rooms are very conjunct and unhealthy. Suffocating all time there. . Even hotel don't provide toothpaste or empty Glass plates if we need. Nothing. Rude guy in Front office Mr. Nepali.
Place was vey good at this price , room was neat and cleaned even the washroom was also clean. AC was working properly, staff were courteous and they were on they toes whenever you call them for anything. Food was also tasty ordered non veg food and it was delicious.
