OYO 27929 Hotel Cristal Park - Hotel in Bhopal - Bhopal, India

Hotel is situated at prime location. Easy to find. Market and food joints are on walkable distance. Habibganj railway station is only 1 km. However I have rated only 2 star because of service. They do not have little bit of etiquette. Nd don't know how to treat their customers. Very much disappointed with service. Should work on this point.

This has one of the worst hotel staffs I have been to and experienced. Also they had dirty bedsheets and pillow cover. The room size are really very small. They gave me the first room in which AC was not working at all. And they were not allowing few of my guests . The receptionist guy was very rude. Not recommend at all. Oyo is downing it's Quality.

One of the worst hotel I have experienced in so many years. They have their own rules & least bother about customer expectation. Though hotel looks new but the hygiene part is very poor & there is no arrangements for power backup as I have spent 2 hrs without lights. One of the Worst experience. Not recommend at all. There are many good hotels in MP Nagar, opt for that. Thanks Crystal hotel for such a poor service & hospitality.

They claim hotel is premium quality but when we book using oyo they thinks we are fool if you paid money in advance then they will open one room to you and say its the only vacate room with us you have to take this and the room is too much small no proper space to walk in room to think anything. Staff thinks they are owner of hotel and don't know till when lift is not working but If some guest come they say by afternoon it will be repaired and lateron we get to know that it will take few more days to start what a waste of money

Staff is cooperative. Small hotel. Dont serve breakfast, but have kitchen. Linen a little old and with spots. Location is good, with nearby main market area and DB Mall at walking distance and plenty of good options for fast food and main course meals. Overall Value for money.

Pros - located at heart of city. Good food joints nearby like bapu ki kutiya for vegans, hakim's for nin vegies, pubs, pvr and organized food joints at back side lane at DB Mall. Rooms are ok. Super Delux category ones are good. Food - not sure as didnt try intentionally as complementary breakfast was very plain. Staff is ok ok. But porperty is new compariaion to other nearby places like the residency and nisarga..

Don't book this place. 1. Very small room fir delux as well as super deluxe rooms. Double bed is very small and there is very small space between bed and walls. Distance between walls and bed is only 1 metere. 2. Bathroom:- Dirty and stinky water supply, no amenities in bathroom. 3. Cleaning of room was not good.

Rude staff, dirty rooms. They don't even clean rooms and don't provide OYO washing kit. It says that they provide complimentary breakfast buy they don't. If I had a option to give them zero rating then I would have given.
