OYO 27839 New Manyata Suites - Hotel in Bengaluru - Bengaluru Urban, India

I have visited this hotel on 4th July . I have lost my mobile charger here . But they denied to return the leftover personal stuff. I am continuously chasing the guy name Manoj Bhandari here care taker of new manyata suits, banglore. They don't have cooperative staff. Care taker once pick up my phone & then after he is not pick up the phone. It means they have my original mobile charger. But don't want to return. Please i suggest you to not go there as your personal stuff & luggage are not safe.

Service was good, customer friendly. They do make an effort to make your stay a pleasant one. However the point of concern was location,cost,connectivity. 1. Location - its a long walk from main road to the hotel, not well lit streets. No shops nearby. The route to hotel gets creepy after 9PM . Lots of street dogs. 2. Cost - for such location the cost could have been a bit lesser. Though the rooms are spacious and well kept. It doesn't justify the cost due to connectivity. 3. Connectivity - no cell signal inside the room and the WiFi is too slow. WiFi would have made no difference, if the cell signal was there, once you enter the room you are completely cut off from the world. The TV channels are bare minimum The positives are spacious and clean room. Customer service is really good. For a short stay will prefer to book again

Nice stay, spacious room, if you are arriving late night get ready for the street dogs menace. @oyoindia since a last few stays i've been asked by the hotel to make a payment at their desk else they threaten me to cancel the booking. I think it's completely the right of the customer on how to pay. please have this corrected

Do not book in this hotel, its a scam place. They don't allow you to check-in saying its online booking. Once you leave the place they update the oyo app as you have checked in and take your money for free without providing the room. Oyo don't check these kinds of scam

A budget hotel but they lack in providing good services. Rooms are okay. Room service is bad and the beds have cockroaches on it. Water supply is not constant in the washrooms. The good thing is staff behavior is good. They attend to your problems well.

I stayed at this place with my parents when I visited Bangalore. This place is good considering its location but the linen are not clean and the room pits out a very bad odour. The staff are really good and attentive.

I lived in the PG beside the OYO suites. I found that lot if college students (couples) used to viait the place, for obvious reasons thou. It's close to HKBK college and being in the interior portion its kind of like a hide out for couples .
