1. Staffs are thieves and rude. they will check your luggage when you are away and even steals. Pls count the money before leaving room, if somehow you needed to stay at this hotel in worst scenarios. 2. There is no window in any room, plaster is coming out of the wall everywhere. Rooms are smelly, mostly of cigarettes and linens and bed sheets are so dirty. 3. At checkout one of them will ask for tip and on not giving they will behave rudely. They also do this scam that they don't accept online booking and later they will give room at high rates.
After booking a room from oyo, the hotel staff refused our check-in saying that they have stopped accepting bookings from oyo without explaining why was their hotel listed in oyo if that was the case. The amount I paid online was completely robbed by oyo and by the hotel if they were scheming to loot their customers and due to urgency of the situation, I had to stay the night there in that horrible place.
Brief review Worst Hotel . First they will ask for extra money else booking cancel and then you'll have to contact oyo and spend some time arguing with them . The gates will be locked by 10 pm and you can't go out or come in. If they provide you water , snacks ,switch on ac on any task the guy will ask for tip. Rude staff and they may steal your things when you are away.
So wrost experience is this with oyo first I booking from online when I was reach their they are saying they close the online booking.... Then after they give us so dirty, smiling, unhygine, room tv not working properly. I asked to service guy to bring sprite so he is asking for tip is this the standerd of oyo now oyo is going be down if you hiring like this staff, I didn't click the picture of room and area otherwise im going to be shared this is so typical... We also from hotel industry nd they provideing this kind of experience. This kind of hotels dud they oyo market down... Plzz oyo I hv request to you just shut down this property
The location was although good but after the booking when I went there, he asked me to cancel the booking from the app and then pay 500 extra in the counter to enter the room and also in the last they were asking for the tips.
Hotel rooms are clean and service is good. Hotel is road facing to easy to find. Staff behaviour is good.
