OYO 26676 Chirom Royal Luxury - Hotel in Guwahati - Kamrup Metro, India

Chiron is a new hotel which is probably managed by a family. So they are still struggling with their service. The place was clean, however we did not recieve the room that we had booked which promised us a terrace or a balcony and a Mountain view. We had to call twice for warm drinking water or glasses. Service was slow. However the breakfast was really great. We loved the poori sabji, the omlette, toast and tea. It was piping hot and delicious. They are probably short on staff so they should look into hiring someone. All in all good hotel.

If there would have been an option to mark negative I could have happily done that.This hotel will give you the feeling of what it 'feels like to be cheated'! It shows in their website that it's a 3starred hotel.Well u will forget the meaning of a starred hotel if u have a stay here. We booked four rooms for a couple of days. When we reached we faced some just constructed rooms in a commercial building. The lift opens to a place with heaps of garbage stored. In the rooms, there was no towel, curtains and even a bucket and mug, leave apart the toilet essentials. The washroom is suffocating without any outlet, not even a exhaust.Definitely geyser was not there. Washroom floor was dirty. The manager will give you a blank look when u ask for anything.The bedsheets and pillow cases r stained.Rooms r extremely congested and hard to move. And well all these we deserved for 2800/ night.We could not stay there and had to shift the hotel.Beware of this name.

Room service is not good here, I was given key in reception to clean my room at 1 pm but when i back around 7 pm the room was not still clean. Then later I talk to the reception then she send one person in my room to clean then i asked to that guy, I told you before that to clean my room but have not did, he said in very rudely way that he has lots of work.

Chirom Palace Hotel experience nearly made me go to ASYLUM One hell of an experience. On reaching Guwahati early morning we booked a room from GOIBIBO. We reached the hotel and nobody was there in the recption. We called out then a young boy came in with quarter pants and a T-shirt. We showed him the booking papers and to our surprised he said there was no vacant room. I told him to call the manager but he replied the manager was sleeping and can't be waken before his routine. I insisted but that didn't help. Finally after an hour we got a room. Floor was clean but the amenities were clothed with layers of dust and felt like haven't cleaned for years. We ordered breakfast at 8 AM and got it by 10AM luckily. Food tastes horrible in that hotel. Nobody received our calls from the reception. All the staffs we're rookies and behaved cold and hostile. The manager came occasionally and surprisingly even he was wearing a quarter pant and a T-shirt . Lastly a lady from the kitchen did our check out billing which was totally unprofessional. Never going back again. No worth for the value of money. To the Hotel: PLEASE LEARN THE MEANING OF # HOSPITALITY & MANAGEMENT

Excellent property Had been for a business trip. which was recommended by a friend. I like it. They catered to my specific requirements. Had a great stay. Good staff. Nice spread of complimentary breakfast. Rooms were good compared to other rooms. We will be back again during my next visit.

It was our saviour in the last minute as we had to spend half a day before our flight in Guwahati to shop. They were so kind to give us room for half a day with low cost. Room was clean, enough spacious for a family, n walkable distance to the shopping street.

It's new. Definitely a clean and hygienic option in a messy neighbourhood full of cheap lodges. Moderate price. Good n friendly services. Need little more work on the interior furnishing and design considering they are still under construction.

The place is ideally located connecting to all major interest points. It's relatively new in an under construction building, you can see the unfinished work here and there. The care takers were courteous and took good care of our needs during the stay.
