OYO 2659 Hotel Taj Prince - Hotel in Agra, Dhandhupura - Agra, India

We booked 2 oyo rooms in this hotel for 2 days. 2 females in one room and 1 male in another. There wasn't a single good thing about our stay in this oyo. The 48 hours we spent there was no less than a nightmare. Here are the issues that we faced: 1. No water in washroom 2. Handshower not working 3. Broken shower 4. No exhaust fan in washroom 5. Dead cockroaches in cupboard 6. Used pillows and broken hangers in cupboard 7. No working TV 8. Food items inside menu 9. Dirty linen 10. Torn blankets 11. No comforter/covers on blankets 12. Washroom door doesn't close 13. No telephone in rooms 14. Bad attitude of staff 15. No security of customers as no ID proof was taken from us 16. Rude and irresponsible hotel manager. He told us he had a fight with his girlfriend that's why he was in an angry mood and released all anger on us. Heights of non-professionalism. 17. Our stuff was stolen by some of the workers who then later returned it after huge argument. 18. No water or OYO kit was provided to us. 19. No warm water facility. 20. No room keys given to us which wasted our whole day because we couldn't leave our rooms with our luggage in it. There are a lot more issues but I think these 20 give a gist of everything that happened. I have recorded everything and captured a lot of photos to in case anybody need proofs. On the evening of our first day, we called OYO but they did not help us. We paid 3600 for these rooms and they asked us to pay 7000 more if we want to switch our property and being students, aged 21-22, we did not have that much of money and had to stay in the same hotel. After our first day we told the owner of the hotel to change our rooms and he gave us 1 new room. All three of us had to stay in the same room even though we had made a booking of 2 rooms. It's the policy of oyo that 2M+1F or 2F+1M cannot stay in one room but this time we had to stay in one. We are friends and it was highly uncomfortable for the three of us to sleep in the same double-bed. If this is how this hotel or even OYO as a company treats their customers, I would suggest nobody to book oyo because they are least concerned about their customers' security, integrity, especially women's safety and dignity as they are highly irresponsible, rude and arrogant. They do not follow their own policies and principles, I wonder how they would follow their customers'.

The extremely ridiculous property manager I have seen in my entire life. We have reached late at night around 1 AM and the hotel manager denied check-in as the booking amount is less than 1000 and gives us another reason by saying OYO is not paying us money.

Bad and bluffmasters. These people had an understanding with the adjacent hotel, The Ravi Palace. And when i booked Ravi Palace through GoIbibo, and reached there.they send us to Hotel Taj Prince where the receptionist was too drunk to wake up and do the formalities.It's unsafe with families too.Next morning all of a sudden they pushed us to move to hotel Ravi Palace saying they've booking.Most of the people are rude and drunk.i would recommend don't go for it.The official people are not courteous and threatening. Horrible situation and uncleaned.

I'll rate it in negative if possible, staff behavior is sooo rude rooms are dirty and they treat customer like hell.. They also take booking for local customer who booked the hotel for 2-3 hours that is why the environment is so pathetic. This hotel doesn't even worth any rating and Oyo must have to suspend this hotel.

Worst hotel. Staff are very bad.. They charged 6 bread slice 300 Rupees. 5 piece paneer ki kachodi 300 Rupees.Don't stay here. Manager behavior is very very bad.

Poor hotel, location is not good. Rooms are dirty, we went but due to lack of cleanliness we do not stay. Not Recommended...

Budget hotel. Just behind the Taj mehal. Good room service. Prefer breakfast other than poori sabzi at hotel.
