Staff behavior is not good. not for family or Official purpose. no cleaning, and most of the rooms washroom gate not close. They take advance booking amount and once you book the room they didn't respond you. No any telephone is available in every rooms but they just for show up. Telephone line not working in any room. They give you once any staff number and if you call them on the number they didn't respond you too. In my most of the visit in Rohtak, this was the badess experience i have ever.
It is very good hotel all the staff is also well mannered and supportive. If you make booking here by oyo and make my trip go ibibo you have got less price ..room is also very good and clean small freeze is alos present in room also.. parking facility is alos avilable there.
I would rate this place " Average" from infra point of view. But I would rate it "bad" from management point of view as the owner had denied to let me in as I had already paid the amount using some online platform, he was preferring on the spot payment. Though later he let me in.
The experience was nice and the hotel staff was very supportive and helpful when it comes any type of need a customer wants , also it is located near to very popular market of Rohtak, which is D-park market and trust me you will get value for money quality for the rooms they will provide without affecting your pocket much.....
Worst experience, no cleanliness, tv doesnot work properly, fan not working properly, we asked for tea with less sugar and ginger: got pathetic tea @20/-, key of room was not available,they asked us to leave it unlocked-so irresponsible!! Not worth at all...it better to stay at 500/- hotel....very bad...
Clean And Spacious Rooms , Good And Well Behaved Staff . Bathrooms Are Clean Which Is Very Important . Improvement Scope For Bedsheets And Blanket . Rest All Is Well .. Nice Location
Lords has friendly environment. One of the best thing is Lords and pizza hut is located in same building. You can enjoy pizza from pizza hut also.
