Its an old dilapidated house converted into hotel. Pls avoid staying there. All staff including manager are very very rude. No direction board on main road, its 100 meters inside main road and the road is pathetic with potholes. Google map direction is incorrect. The room was unhyegenic with uncleaned towel, used food wraps and cigarette butts. I had a harrowing time. I got only two pieces of bread with butter as a veg option for free breakfast. The tea was good infact.
The hotel rooms hygiene is pathetic. The cockroachs are flying as soon as we entered into the room. AC is not operating atel in such a hot season. The hotel doesnt even provide cold drinking water and used water bottles are lying in the room. We have to bring in water bottles from outside. On top of that they called up in the room @8:30 in the morning for having the breakfast which is totally unprofessional. When asked for extra portion which can be chargeble, they simply denied and food was totally cold served. In totalli pathetic service!!!
I was allotted room number 102. The place was full of cockroaches, roaches, spiders and lizards, No water was there when we reached there after 11:00 P.M. Bathroom window was open for all to see and the manager refused to clean the filter of the A.C. for which I checked out the next morning. This is indeed a shabby place and absolutely unhygienic place for single women and couples
Not a exceptional place.. very old property and lack of transportation with no foods available near by 1-2 kms.. Rooms give a foul smell and even room service is not soo good.. i have booked from oyo and it my worst oyo experience.. if you want a silent stay for a official vist to Kolkata then its a last place you choose but if you are a visitor thrn please don't..

OYO rooms tie up.Its a huge room with a king sized bed, cupboards,table,chairs.Also has several charging ports.Got a desk too. Washroom is clean and as geyser too
They provide good service and well maintained rooms. Their location was not visible on the spot it is behind a building on the road. That is the only drawback.
