Stay here was perfect. Without any restrictions. Staff genuinely cares about the customers, Rooms are pretty spacious and clean. With a pleasent smell. I had a good time here. I would definitely recommend this place...

Very nice hotel with comfortable rooms on NH 48 Vapi.

Service is nice. Staff is cooperative. Location is bit awkward.

From the outside it will give u a doubt about the ratings this place gets, but once u enter the hotel then u will feel at ease. It's a all women staff, which is very courteous and make u feel comfortable. They were very helpful as well. Noteworthy incident I'd like to share , had ordered my lunch from Zomato they received the parcel and the food was served and was handed over to us (a gesture which I really liked). The rooms and washroom were clean, nice and comfortable bedding. They also have spa services available. The only downside is maybe they don't have a proper resturant and options for breakfast spread was not much. But the food was good. It's located well , just off the highway and also not much far from the city centre. They also have parking available. Definitely worth staying here if ur looking for a budget stay.

Good stay and staff. Really bad bathroom. Toilets are not clean, water keeps leaking. Rooms not sanitized. Used bathroom footwear provided. However it was changed on request. No restaurant service available. Breakfast option available though.

Spa's ambience is very pleasant with very professional staff . Parking facilities are good . But there was some constructions activity in process so you may get some irritating noise. If you are looking for some personal Time then it's a good choice. Steam was not working .so please Chek before you plan your therapy

This is really nice place, especially If you're a business traveller. I was a little sceptical when I heard the name, but decided to stay there since it was an OYO hotel and I'm glad I did. Location is excellent. Rooms are good and so is the room service. Food was surprising good, as was the politeness of the staff. I heard that the spa is great, but I didn't have the time to avail of the services there. I intend to do so next time. I've already recommended the hotel to a number of my friends and colleagues. Hopefully they will like it as well.

Worst hotel ever visited.. Pls don't waste your money at all. Also, don't go by the pictures provided in the review. It's completely opposite of what it is shown there.
