It was a nice experience overall. I stayed at this Hotel for almost 10 days and I liked everything in terms of Service, Rooms, Cleaning, Location. The location is perfect and easily accessible as the Hotel is in the centre of 10 No. market in Arera Colony.
Location of this hotel is very good. Rooms are bigger in size, but low maintenance. overall experience is good as whenever I travel to Bhopal I stay here. Staffs are very polite and helpful.
Rooms are a little bit small, so will take some time getting used to. The price is high, but can't complain because its the only one available in that area. The staff is good and responds quickly.
So poor maintenance. Water knob isn't working properly. Toilet spray so weak. AC location in the room wasn't optimum at all. Fan working only at a single speed(no regulator).
