Being a traveller i had my worst experience in a hotel stay in Royal Inn. This was my 2nd visit to Hyderabad & this hotel & the service quality has gone too bad in the 2nd term. The AC in my room was not cooling at all, upon putting a complain it was not fixed properly (the problem remained as it was). Moreover due to bad attitude of the manager, when i protested he shouted slangs at me & two of my other friends. He kept on refusing to show us CCTV footage of his claims against my team. He abused more when i gave 1/5 rating in OYO App due to rude behaviour. Never ever have i or my friends been mistreated & foul mouthed that to by a hotel manager ever. I will further escalate this mistreatment to the higher authorities.
Hotel is good, rooms are good, bathroom cleaning ok, bed sheets ok. But not allowed to check in at 10am, as you have mentioned 10to 12 complimentary check in, he has took 300/- extra amount for early check in at 10.20 am
I visited for 2 times for this hotel when 1st time hotel management given average respond to the customer but I take it as ok due to they need to look into so many ppls.when I visited 2 Nd time the management is worstest than road side ppls due to we completed so many times fan is not working properly they said we have a prblm with then they need change it they give answer like this in our rooms like this only.manganent will check the ratting and giving the rooms to the persons who give good rating other wise they m won't provide room they simple cancellation our room my suggestion to management team to close u hotel that good for u r Attitude and behaviour
Unable to give zero stars.. worst room ever had.unhygenic and very bad odour rooms. Too bad for Oyo . stinky washroom.. poor maintainance.

Poor service ever seen by oyo and mismanaged staff. Receptionist were rude and talk in an impolite way. Very indecent behavior shown by the staff.
