First of all, there is no charging point for a two bed room. Only one point is present. Second, there are no hangers in the room for hanging clothes. Third, there is always hot water in the taps and you risk burning yourself while using the jet or shower. Fourth, no cleaning for two days straight and the food is not good at all. Costs are pretty high for such a place. The receptionist is not present most of the times and the cleaning staff are lazy. The room is good looking however and is good for a nice weekend getaway.
Good stay by my uncle family n friends.. Hotel staff behavior is good but they never clean the room in 5 days stay, their only excuse is less stuff, also they charge very high if u by mistake break a glass. Thats also by a 1 year kid.
This was my worst experience with any hotel. They are very unprofessional and do not have knowledge of service industry. We were on business trip and we book it through OYO at 2:15 pm on 29th March 2019. Then we went for a meeting with a company manager and we came back at hotel around 7:00 pm. At 11:00 pm they ask us to leave their hotel because someone (male) has come to meet us and they said they will not allow anyone inside hotel even for half an hour and we all were male and there is no female with us. We contacted OYO for the same and they had a conversation and property owner allowed us to stay while on a conference call with OYO. But after disconnecting the conference call he again called us and threaten us. So, we had to check out this property forcefully at midnight and we did not even get the refund nor any resolution from OYO. Please do not stay in this hotel.
The staff is pathetic. First of all, it starts with no name of the hotel written anywhere. We had to search fr it so much. Their hospitality s bad. The bathroom was dirty with no proper drainage in the bathroom. Room was dirty. Not fit for OYo standard at all..
Pros - Ambience is nice. Clean Toilets. Heater and fridge in a deluxe category room. cons - Toiletries are limited. If you check in late afternoon they don't have towels. Floor mats are missing at bathroom door. cupboards not available. bedsheets contains oil marks.
BLOOD stains in bed sheet. No breakfast on time. No room service coz of lack of staff. Super dumb staff. Cant be more worst then this. Very dirty kitchen.
