Worst experience in a place like lucknow, when booking happened through online sites the hotel executive refused to give us the stay inspite of payment already done and we reached their place and infact their own system showed the booking but they said all rooms are booked they don't take online booking what a review of their own hotel. Never to book a room without checking the reviews guys they matter a lot.
There was a used condom in one of the drawers. The bedsheets were dirty and torn. When we asked the guy at reception to change it he said he doesn't believe me. The TVs didn't have working DTH connection. The service was poor, tea whixh we ordered came 30-45 minutes late.
I stayed there last night. Hotel was good Rooms were neat and clean very helpful staff. I will suggest people to stay here atleast once.
It was very bad experience ever in my life, we booked the banquet but the services was soooooo poor, staff was also not supportive,Food was not good, lack of management. My personal suggestions no need to go there for any kind of programs.
