OYO 24638 Hotel Pace - Hotel in Gurugram - Gurugram, India

Third class rooms. Ac not working in room no-112. Bathroom not hygienic so much dirty things. No better service available by manager & staff. I also add some photograph see all photographs

It is not hotel. It is PG effectively. It has students living in rented rooms of this hotel. If you checkin as hotel booking, you will be treated as PG students. I stayed in this hotel in November 2021. My experience was worst. Staff behaviour was worst and was very rude in interaction.

I lived there for nearly 3 years so i think i am better equipped to comment about this hotel. All things seems fine from outside but once you start living there then things starts to fall apart. 1 Behaviour of hotel staff is not upto the mark and most of the time they have this 'Chalta hai' attitude. 2 Room rent varies depending upon your negotiation skills which is also not professional. 3 My room had no ventilation which was a serious concern for me. 4 Food quality is devastated and the kitchen staff is not trained at all. They dont know how to behave with staff. 5 Kitchen is quite unhygienic along with the kitchen staff 6 Maintainenace wise you have to follow up multiple times with the manager but he has this attitude of Excuses today , action tomorrow and his tomorrow will never come. I recommend Hotel Pace only for shorter tenure and not for a long run!!

If you've wanted to stay in a budget hotel and looking for a beautiful balcony too specially near BBT. This hotel gets you the best balcony as well as service too, you'll never deny staying in such a beautiful hotel, the only problem we faced were Bathroom's locks which were quite loose and had problems in locking it. Apart from it, this place also holds the capability of Paying Guest too, i would surely love to live as a Paying guest here. Thanks sir for such a good and hygienic hotel

This review is for PG in Hotel Pace. Rooms:- Rooms are of different size for the same prize and are very small that is only double bed are there no space left for anything else. Bathroom:- Bathroom is attached but seats are broken and very compact and very uncomfortable. Food Quality:- Food is limited (you can not take more than 2 paranthas anyhow in breakfast.) and of poor quality and no lunch only dinner and breakfast is there. Locality:- Situated at Hero Honda chowk opposite to BBT. Let me tell the area is outer and gurgaon and is not safe in the night . Outsiders may find difficulty to adjust as localites are very dominating . Conclusion :- If possible go for better palces or other PG not recommended at all.

Do yourself a favour and steer clear. We booked this hotel for 2 adult ladies with a child. Constant noise from reception. Had to ask 3 times to get glasses (to give medicine to child). Extremely rude staff, who despite asking in advance wouldn't let us bring food, again for child. Only food they allowed was pizzas. At night approx 10pm, suddenly we were asked to pay Rs.500 more, or second adult lady had to leave. I felt like being blackmailed. We had already paid for 2 adult ladies but we were told it was a mistake by previous reception staff. Rs.2500 + taxes and despite booking second lady was not allowed, pure disgrace. We specifically asked for off street parking and were told to park on street. And had to drag suitcases through dirt to load them in car. Personally I have seen better attitude at Rs500-600 OYO hotels. Save your money and find some other hotel.
