Though they offered a room for 1500/- but all the rooms we checked before check-in was in poor condition. All bed sheets filled with filth and stain marks. One can not imagine how bad a blanket can smell. Icing on the cake was not so friendly behaviour of reception staff as we asked them to change beddings.
Very unprofessional and unruly staff. The guy at the reception forced me to rate the hotel at the time of checkout. When I rated it 3 star, he immediately peeped into my phone and rated the hotel as 5 star with his hands. He started arguing with me, "kya kami hai service mein". I told him that your AC wasn't working, your geyser wasn't working. He replied, "chalaoge toh chalega na". During my stay I asked for normal RO water but two bottles of mineral water(kinley) was delivered to me which he charged Rs28 per bottle.
I opted for global inn from goibibo but they denied accommodation saying they had water issues so they offer us this hotel over the same payment saying they have partnerships...amenities and services must be improved but location and ambience is good for the money paid
