OYO 24580 Sri Surya Guest Inn - Hotel in Nellore - Spsr Nellore, India

Rooms are shabby, full of mosquitos... OYO has disassociate themselves from this hotel 3 years ago, but they still carry the OYO board, which we felt being cheated, but we were tired, so we had no choice but to spend a restless costly night...

It's very worst hotel to stay in Nellore. In this hotel, manager doesn't know how to speak with customers and he is very bad person. He should speak politely with people. I will not suggest this hotel until this manager change or he should change his behaviour. Management has to take proper action on that guy.

We stayed here for a night and the rooms are very good. Spacious and the staff is fantastic and so kind. We took our pets with us and they were too happy and accepting. For all pet travellers please do stop here as your pet will be really comfortable. Breakfast is complimentary. Thank you to everyone at Surupa Guest Inn for making our stay so memorable.

Dont stay in this hotel, the room is pathetic and bathrooms are disgusting.I was on a road trip from Delhi it was 2 am this was the only place i could see on the highway so i booked it but when i saw the room i was shocked it was dirty , bathroom was broken , i was exhausted but still left the hotel in 2 mins .Money was not refunded , went to another hotel.

I stayed here for one night during my journey from chennai to vijayawada. The best part of the OYO hotel is that it is directly connected to the Highway. It is connected to the petrol pump. I reached this place at around 1am, even at that time the staff received us with good hospitality. The interior is good. But there are lot of mosquitoes in the rooms. The room in which I stayed (room no 229) didn't have light in the bathroom. The taps in the bathroom were gone rust. The bedsheets and towels provided were very old and as I said there were many mosquitoes, I could see that the people who stayed in this room before me might have killed some mosquitoes on bedsheets and pillows. I could see the blood stains. It has good parking space.

Superb Staff. Management team was very welcoming and addressed issues very promptly. Rooms were awesome! Highly recommended place to rely on if you're visiting nellore. Its a bit far off from the town centre, but it keeps the area peaceful and ideal for relaxation. Good job!!!!

No proper entrance to get inside. You need to walk through petrol station. Can not take family. No proper car parking.

The booking facility with Agoda shows the least price but it will turn out to be the costliest because of hidden charges and dollar charges. They show various options like 2 bed or 1 double bed but practically what you get is a double bed. The rooms that you get through Agoda are smallest even while paying at least Rs300 more. Thus, after booking a room showed by Agoda Rs800, my credit card was charged Rs1,200+. Also, they don't send OTP since the payment gateway charges in dollars and located outside India. TV is there but doesn't show any normal channel. The lat is dirty and yellowish marks were present. No one changed the bedsheet. Breakfast wasn't included and was charged extra. The food wasn't very good and didn't include tea or coffee. The attitude of the staff was not very hospitable. However, I would highly recommend the positioning and the excellent petrol pump attached.
