OYO 24461 Hotel Celebrations - Hotel in Indore - Indore, India

Hi. People places Do not come to this hotel because. 1. Bad behaviour of the hotel staff. Actually only 2 people are handled this 20 room hotel and many times coming very late. 2. Hotel don't have any hot running water but during checking time this person telling lies on this. 3. Room cleaning was not there. I have there for 5 day and don't receive any room cleaning. 4. Only cash payment received by this but during checking they told about card pay but at checkout time we come to know about the lie. My suggestion please avoid this hotel.

I stay for one day for my office work and at night i have to catch bus. It was horrible experience for me. I have given order for biryani at 6.30 and even paid for the same and told him to serve at room around 8.30. But this guys got order from zomato so they ignore my order even after reminding them 3 times. So i cancelled the order as i want to catch bus and ask for refund. but he refuse to give refund by saying you have olace the order so it cannot be cancel. I am continually telling them that i want catch bus still he ignored me. Very worst behaviour towrds customer. I will not recommend to stay here and order something.

We just checked out. Pathetic is the word... Very bad experience.. Roads to the hotel are all closed from all side.. No accessability. It took us 45 minutes to get in to the hotel. The hotel boy came in our car and took us in small lanes almost 4 kms round and round and finally we landed at the hotel Ambience sucks. Rooms were stinking.. They took a long time to get room freshner... Finally said no stock. Please adjust. Morning 8.30 am got a call from reception for breakfast and took order for idli sambar and poha. After one hour of reminders finally got tea. I finally went to the reception and blasted as we didn't get breakfast till 11 am. Later got to know they don't have proper kitchen Facility and the reception was telling it will be served. Finlly got idli at 12 pm and we sent it back as it was lunch time. They do not have towels also. The helper boy says please adjust. Travellers. This hotel road will not be accessible for Another onew myoth or so... Please don't take a chance...else you will also suffer like us.

Waste of money! The owned denied my checkin for 4 days just because I had made the payment online. They charge for water bottles. No room service! Very dirty place and is not safe also. Situated out of the town with no connectivity.

Not the oyo standard.. A window mount traditional ac and a lot of instructions to you. Like outsode food not allowed , bedsheel stain change 200 rs , pillow stain change 100 rs mattress stain chatge etc etc. But Tea was wonderful and tasty

Hospitality were not soo good,irresponsible staff,not able to keep room clean. Only hotel owner are well manner,he have to try to manage the staff,fooding bill not given,water bottle chargeable.,even have to improve washroom facility,hot water supply not properly,hand shower were very slow, No,any room freshener. My rating for owner 5. Staff 2

The stay was pleasant and we really enjoyed our stay here. The place offers Wi-Fi and other basic amenities at total affordable price. Will surely stay here on my next visit.

Good Hotel, located near teen imli, hotel staff is good, wifi facility, restaurants available in hotel, room service is good, room available with affordable prices, room neat ane clean. Restaurant and cafe manage b' day party, kitty party, sagai party, marriage anniversary and others....Nice
