OYO 24437 Oxford Palace - Hotel in New Delhi - Central, India

I had booked a room with booking.com in another oyo hotel and got refused. I came here as i needed only the room for one hour to take a shower and change my clothes before taking my bus. They charge me 800 rs for non ac room. There was no hot water. It was not even a real shower and the water was coming out brown.. also they gave a bath towel humid and smelly. they made me walk 3 floors with my 20kg luggage to ask me to come down to give my passport. Such a story. I really dont recommand the hotels OYO at all !

Worst place to stay in Delhi. Please take this comment on serious note. Rooms are worst smelly, linens are dirty, no ventilation. I mean everything in hotel is very pathetic. In fact staffs here have stolen my watch. As well the receptionist here forces every one to put 5 star rating. Don't trust this hotel in oyo rooms as well. If you are going with your family don't even think about this hotel.

The place is Good for short stints Near New Delhi Railway station, the place is ok, food is ok too, but the hotel management needs to look into the cleaning of bedsheets and covers. Overall a OK experience.

the whole management seen friendly untill you pay the rent & check in the room the real face of management is seen after the check in the room. first there is lot of suffocation in the room & the room is on 4th floor without elevator.only 2 cfl working in the room among 4 cfl. & if you are couple they threat you wife as a prostuitute & ask commision with her or if you are single then it is manadatary for you after checkin the room you have to use prostuite service otherwise you will enter into police case & the rate charge for tea & food is 8 times than local market & the real problem occur when you check out the room & you will have to give unusual charges for ex breaking down chair, ripped badsheet & if you not give then consequence will happen you can't imagine

i still wonder why google has not given us an option of negative rating... The hotel is so so pathetic to stay that it gives you a feeling of road side hotel with small room hot water in bathroom so you cant take a bath, no lift and the less working ac and even with that ac the hotel guys will turn that off in the night to save the bill... have you seen anyone doing it before and so was i shocked and disappointed after seeing this for the first time... well this review was about the stay now i will tell you more hidden story, when i checked in the next day being a lazy and tolerable person i accepted the discomfort and booked this hotel via oyo for 2nd day, the hotel manager called me and said your booking is not valid and we are not taking booking from oyo today, i asked why he told me that he will charge more for the booking to stay i tried to make him understand but he humilated me and said why you want a hotel when you cant afford money and stuffs like that infront of everyone, i called oyo to solve the issue but instead they told me to book another hotel even after all the humilation and this guy removed me out of the hotel... so anyone here reading the review please have this in mind that even after booking the this worst kind of hotel you will be humilated and not allowed to stay.

My worst oyo experience. Room was small and nowhere matched the room shown on oyo app. Room was stinking too. And for the utmost surprise they denied to give room if I pay online.

Worst people .. not sure people in delhi are worst or only these people. entire my trip.. this is the worst place and people I seen.. coming to hotel he was not interested to provide room and Room is not upto OYo standard.. or may be OYO standard has gone down

Room was good but please don't book this hotel through oyo.. oyo decives about the prices and you end up in your booking cancelled
