A.C ki condition bohot kharab thi... Very less space in the room
They have 19 rooms in total out of which 4 rooms are at ground floor, 5 at first floor and 10 at second floor. Rooms that are at second floor are small in size and their washrooms are also very small. Rooms at first floor are medium sized and can accommodate 2-3 people. Washroom size is also okay. Rooms at the ground floor are bigger ones and can accommodate 3-4 people if extra beddings are provided. Cleanliness is fine - not too good and not too bad.
Lovely place with ambience. It was a pleasure and to my surprise to get one of the best hospitality in Bareilly. Humble staff and super-fast service. Sometimes they did out of the way. Washrooms also very large and modern. A very big thanks to CK Valley and staff.
Place is good but main view is not so good. Around less than 100 mtrs. Form the highway.The road going to the hotel is not good . Rooms are small. Tap water supply is not so good. I didn't try the room service so couldn't tell about that. But overall the hotel is good and pocket freindly .
That was nice day at the time very tasty complimentary breakfast comfortable stay neat and clean room cooperative staf but one thing is is there aquaguard from last 4 months not working because in women dispose my second visit again in that hotel only because of good star rest everything is very nice most important thing is staff is very nice impressive....
Small rooms, very small bathrooms. It is a saver hotel but atleast should provide ample space for living. My guests were also complaining about the food they delivered. The staff should be more co.operative.
Cheap and best don't expect more. Staffs are good and supporting. Rooms are little bit smaller. One more important information if electricity is not there then A.C. will not work.
Bathroom kit are missing , tobles also not a good quality or new. And when i check in I call room servise & tell i want some drinking water then he come & gime me a water bottleI.I think it is free. But at the time of check out I had to pay that water bottle.
