Very clean and spacious rooms. Very friendly staffs. Food will be prepared on your request. The only problem is the location of the hotel. Its around 3 kms from M.G Marg. They will arrange taxis for transportation of you request 30 minutes before in the reception. Taxi to MG Marg will cost you around Rs120. Rooms are worth the price you pay.
No proper service....only bread was given as complementary breakfast.....no room cleaning..... No proper water services.... Light problem..... No laundry..... Without costumers permission the hotel staff check your room in your absence.... And also they packs your extra luggage without costumers permission..... The rooms are not as per their rate....
I have booked three rooms we pay advance money also fully but when we come hotel the people is giving two rooms then public you understand our problem and don't come here so IAM requesting you please don't come otherwise you'll suffer for food in breakfast like bread and I want to tell you Jay Hind

Last option in Gangtok. Situated at the outskirts. If you want to come at MG MARG,you are to book a cab. No proper service, where to get food is a problem.
They denied checkin wen we booked through Oyo and after a week showed we had checked in...both Oyo and hotels in gangtok working with deceitful mindset causing customers to suffer bad
