OYO 24245 Dv Residency - Hotel in Bhadravathi - Shivamogga, India

Worst experience ever. booked room for Rs.750 as shown in booking.com, when reached there the staff didnt provided room stating that they cant give rooms at the price which I have booked and said they will provide the room only if I pay Rs.1300. When I argued they claimed that they have no connection with booking.com. When I called the customer service of booking.com they didnt help to solve. There was no other go for me to take the room for the premium amount. When I checked out they asked me to cancel the booking. I shouted at them and left the place. Worst hotel booking ever!

Decent place to stay if you are in Bhadravathi. Rooms are clean and well maintained with A/C facilities. Staffs are friendly but the issue is they will not accept online booking if the price is less than 1500 Rs per 2 adult and will ask to settle the difference amount. So better make sure to call the property before check in to avoid any unpleasant experience

Very rude receptionist. We had called them up beforehand to check if they accept OYO bookings and they agreed on the call. But during check in they denied to accept OYO booking. We had a tough time here. The parking is not safe. Our petrol got stolen. Also got to know that there were cases of few car windows being broken. The parking is not at all safe. The rooms are very clean. But when mind is disturbed one can not enjoy the trip.

I would hav given 0 star , the receptionist denied my booking through make my trip . When asked to show what s the booking app showing for them , he showed Oyo booking for a Pre coupon which was showing that it's paid. I called up make my trip people , they immediately helped me shift to neighbouring hotel Padma residency which was even better than this. Better to avoid this pathetic hotel.

No plates, no spoons, no forks, no food items.. told us to order from outside. No toilet paper. Breakfast Oly idli no other option. Geyser and tv also not working. Bed was very uncomfortable. No sense of privacy trying to unlock door without Knocking. Rude behavior at the reception. Staffs don't understand English or Hindi so very hard to communicate with them... By far the worst hotel experience so far, will surely share my views to the public...

Fantastic! Possibly the best place I've stayed while on the road in India by motorcycle. These guys have EVERYTHING: parking, helpful and kind staff (one guy actually came to my room to take my key and lock my bike for me!), a great shower with soap and shampoo included, proper bed, air conditioning, a good TV, plenty of closet space.....all this in a cozy room and to top it all off there's a fruitstand and a supermarket right underneath the hotel! Worth every single rupee.

Horrible service! Don't ever think of going to this place! They agree upon one cost and then while u have to check out they ask for extra money! The manager is so unprofessional, that he talks like a goon! Literally will be like u step out without paying extra, I'll beat u! Quality of the bed, AC wardrobe nothing is good! Please do not go here!

Booked through booking.com specifying my check-in time for a specified rate. Whereas the receptionist there was asking for a price more than double the quoted price and for a different checkin and out timings. Small rooms and lot of mosquitoes. Not worth the quote price made by the receptionist.
