OYO 24189 Maxi Stay - Hotel in Chennai - Chennai, India

It is worst oyo I have evr experienced. They charged me 400 extra by saying that Oyo didn't update their pice in the app. Bathroom is not clean. There is no backup for power and we didn't have good sleep as there was a power cut for 5 hours at night and hotel management people are not even taking any responsibility. When I went there I saw few ppl were boozing there and hotel didn't follow any oyo rules and we could smell all the whisky and vodka there.It doesn't worth staying there. You can find some other oyo. Even Phone is not working in the room. Bathroom had no bolt to the door and it has to be open there is no other way. Even water bottle wasn't given. Towel,soaps wasn't given which every oyo gives to customers. It's the worst oyo.

Descent spaced rooms. Was a short but good stay. Got good sleep. Well conditioned new hotel setup. Would suggest to book if you are paying less than Rs 1000. Be careful on your way to this hotel as its a little difficult one to find, they do not have any boards or Oyo signs.

Not so Great. We had booked through OYO expected at least basic amenities. 1.Blankets, Bedsheets & pillow cover all were dirty after our request they changed the pillow cover and bedsheets. 2.They didnt provide Towel & Toiletries. 3. Cold water tap was not working in Bathroom. 4.And a cot in a ground floor room was almost broken and was bent. Pros 1.Nice location. 2. Friendly staff.

I stayed for a night in Mar 2016 with my wife and kids. I have a very high regard in overall 1) Very courteous staff 2) Very well maintained and good services 3) Quality of bed, bed sheet, towels etc - very good 4) The breakfast was lip-smacking. The Chef had prepared Dosa, Idli, Vada, Sambar & Chutneys all in the Hotel's kitchen and are excellent 5) No covered parking - be prepared to park in the street in front of the hotel

The stay was quite normal Pros : 1.Neat bed and room. 2.Pocket friendly. 3.Ambient Atmos. Cons: 1. Toilet was little dirty. 2. AC remote was not working sometimes. 3.Sometimes the noises you make get reflected to other rooms (especially not good for couples)

Worst ever.. Will not recommend OYO at all.Very bad service..We booked two rooms for my relatives and they casually told they can able to provide one room only that too after our arrival. After the payment they promised to provide one more room but later on they asked to cancel one room. They agreed to pay extra bed with extra 1000 INR cost ana at last they did not provide..

Food is good, Ppl are good, but rooms are a little smaller. If you want to cook some items for yourself the option is there. This is a big plus point specially for any patients who staying. And also very economical. Staffs are good and supportive

Host was good which helped. The hotel on the other hand was badly maintained and had rooms unavailable. Amenities mentioned were incorrect However, the staff did their best to be as helpful as possible.
