An amazing 3 star hotel. As not much hotels are available in pala, this is at a prime location. It's only 3 mins away from the main pala town. The owner himself greeted us at the check in counter and he was sweet and welcoming. Top of the notch service. So if you're visiting pala for a short stay, would definitely recommend this hotel.
This was one of the lousiest hotel I have stayed. Based on the reviews in trip advisor I decided to stay at this hotel against the recommendation of my relatives. After staying here for a night I knew why they were against. The room smelled like sewage leaky musty odor and Dusty. White towels looked yellow. Room service phone went unanswered. There was a non existing customer service. No friendly greetings. Do not try the restaurant . Food was lousy. Please don't go by their website. If you do you will be disappointed
A very Good place where we spent a two days over there. The Captain was very supportive and helped us whenever we necessary. Its a good, clean and hygienic room with lot of space in and out. And its verymuch cost effective
complimentary veg breakfast wasn't served, water in the washroom was smelly and dirty, even the AC was set at lowest temperature room felt like a heated oven
A good place to stay at Pala town with ample car parking facilities and clean rooms. Rooms offered are with basic facilities and air conditioned. Helpful staffs.
