OYO 2374 Renton Manor - Hotel in Arpora - North Goa, India

Been here in off season. The complementary breakfast they offer is a joke and not good. The food we ordered for dinner was too spicy for typical vegiterian taste buds. Rooms are dirty and almost all the walls have been spit upon. The WiFi has not been working since the day we arrived. The pool is generally busy with guys and ladies/girls may find it uncomfortable to go in the pool. The intercom to connect with the front desk or restaurant was also down. The bed linens are also looking like second hand linens with holes in them and are torn in places. Not an experience I was expecting from OYO but unfortunately I got lured by the extra discounted price offered in the off season. They can offer a better experience simply by maintaining the property and offering a better service. I believe the only reason people are coming here is because it is super cheap. The front desk staff seems to be least bothered about your needs and questions . Good Luck to people who come to stay here.

I visited with friends in 2016. Hotel is good as a Budget friendly stay option near (2 km) baga beach.

Very well located. This hotel had quite decent rooms for the price. The pool was the best part. The staff also was getting friendly and helpful. Saleem Anna, the manager ensured of our safety since it was just girls traveling. Not just him, the bellboy Bijoy and Ravi were also extremely nice and resourceful even in terms of telling us things to do in Goa. If you're looking for a fun stay in Goa at an economical prixe, this should be on your list

Each and everything about this hotel was bad. Staffs, food, rooms, bathroom, pool, amenities, complimentary breakfast. You name one aspect and it is bad. When we arrived in the hotel, a big group of people ageing 40s were leaving. They made the place look like hell. Swimming Pool was so filthy that it wasn't cleaned till our stay there. Complimentary breakfast was also horrible- only 1 or 2 items were there. Restaurant couldn't provide anything. Everything you have to manage on your own- food, water etc. Just stay away from this property of OYO, not only for the sake of your trip but also for your own peace.

The rooms were clean and all the equipments in the room was working fine. Swimming pool is good and you can enjoy it with beer. Food was not that great but it's still eatable. Location is perfect as you can quickly go to Baga as well as Calangute. Only the room service part was bit annoying as you have to call them two times for any requests. Rest is good about this place. Hotel is ver bad, reception manager doesn't know how to talk with guests. Even they don't know how to respect guests. Mosquitoes and coakroaches in rooms, they provide only non halal mutton and chicken During checkout they don't provide free water bottle, there is no such thing mentioned in hotel rules House keeping guys tell they don't provide service after 6pm. Hotel management are not capable of managing breakfast of large number of guests. Hotels rooms and outside area are not maintained properly. All rooms have different arrangements. Some rooms don't have fridge and cupboard. They don't have classification of classic, standard and deluxe room. AC not working properly in rooms Geyser not working properly Power going frequently No power backup available. OYO rooms are worst, never book from OYO They don't have proper cancellation policy They say system don't have feature of modification of rooms as money already paid in advanced.

Very nice hotel to stay in Goa. Good service and nice atmosphere. Almost all kinda facilities are available here like swimming pool, pub and spa. Also this hotel is near to many best beaches in Goa especially the famous Baga beach is very near to this place. You can order food here and it will be served at your room. Only problem is they dont have lift so if you get a room on top floor you may have to struggle a little lol. Everything else is superb.

Worst hotel I've ever stayed in... Too many mosquito, place is unhygienic, mediocre breakfast, careless and unprofessional staff both room service and reception. No elevator, we were asked to carry our luggage by ourselves and staff denied to help us to carry luggage to our room which was on third floor. I wouldn't mind staying there for half the price they charge. It was totally not worth paying the money I paid. I would definitely not recommend this place. It looks cute in pictures but in reality it's not. Please take customers and their concerns seriously. And please for god's sake do pest control....
