Don't fall for the fake reviews. Room didn't have hot water. Didnt give towels for few hours. No soap. No bucket or mug to shower. Not recommended at all. Check your room before you pay.

Very bad service. Will not recommend to anyone. They don't have kitchen staff they charge for complimentary breakfast and say we have allo partha bread omelet and toast bread. They say you get choice but literally you will only get toast bread which they are cold and the tea is very cold. Service is very poor. You have to remind them 10 times to do something such as change bed sheet and cleaning. I will not recommend this to anyone. The staff very bad no respect. If you order food it will take 1 hour to deliver. They bring food from outside they don't make in the hotel. It's waste of money no good quality food.

This was the hotel that substituted when room was not available in our first booking at the hotel Tark. They both are very close by and have internal setting to adjust their customers. Horrible room. Wall was completely damped, no space to open our trolley, at midnight 12AM there was no water in the washroom. After complain, water supply came around 4AM. The room lock was broken. No safety. All the rooms are used by their staff members too. They sleep in those bed if their are no customer. No LIFT facility. If you get a room at 4th floor, you will have to climb all the stairs. Breakfast - no menu available. You will get only one cup of tea and 2 slice of bread without butter or jam. No room service, no room cleaning, dustbin not provided in any room. AC flap was broken. Outside food also not allowed inside the room. Rude behaviour of the staffs and very noisy all time in the passage by their own staff. Please never book such hotels just because of little cheaper rate. They are very unsafe for ladies to stay. Better pay some extra amount and stay in a good locality and better service hotel!

Good price for a one night stay in between flights. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Room was clean. The girl at reception helped me to book an ac taxi and eventually everything was fine. :)
