OYO 23648 The Ritz - Hotel in Durgapur, Banskopa - Paschim Bardhaman, India

The rooms are very dirty. There are footprints on the wall. The bedsheets are dirty and torn at places. The bed itself is very stiff. No windows so it feels very congested. The AC s don't work properly. Keeping the temperature at 16 wont even make the room cold.

nice experience. room was good. food was quite oily, they need to look after the food they're providing. anyway rooms are good. staffs were customer friendly. one of the best property to stay in durgapur.

There was no room service available. No proper food. Extremely dirty and no cleaning in rooms during the stay. My check-in time was 11:00 Am but I had to wait for 2 hours to get a room there. and whatever they have was never cleaned. Used bedsheets ..toilets and when asked .. we were told this is how it is . I have opted for double standard room, but the hotel staff offered me a single room at first and after arguing a lot finally received a room which was not at all match. The washroom was stinky and un-hygenic. everything we asked for we always received a no as an answer be it lift facilities or tea . i was extremely annoyed with the room setup and the dirtiness. there is no amenities available. Dustbin in the room was dirty with paan masala spits all over and never cleaned. No wifi available. Though everywhere they have mentioned no smoking...but the lobbies were full of smoke. Not safe for family and single person travel. it's as unsafe as living on the streets at night. The rooms are not only used for proper family stay but for other purposes too which makes its more unsafe for stay.No safety and no cleanliness. No sanitization mentioned. No lift ..they always said it's not working. Wifi is not available as said. There is not even one single thing that i would recommend anyone to plan their stay there . there is no point in talking to owner even. he doesn't show up at all .

hotel amenities is good... good staff behavior... but room service not available... no intercom facility.

The hotel is overall good..the rooms were very spacious..the staff were polite..the service is good.. cleanliness was also maintained..The food was a bit costlier..The location is okay because it is located on the highway..you can find transport just outside the hotel but it does not have any proper market nearby

Room was good but, hotel staff need to more Profational behavior. 1 L Aquafina Water bottle cost Rs. 30/-. Wifi service not available, Intercom service not available. Need to more Profational behavior.

All good..rooms are very nice and comfortable at this price but the serious issue is with drinki ng water. They allmos force you to always have mineral water that theye are selling at almost doubled price than MRP..and always get irritated when you ask for regular drinking water to serve to the room. ..Food is decent but has room for improvement coz it is pretty expensive...some staffs are very good ..and 1 or 2 are very moody... And there is a transportation issue as well you have to hire a car or auto everytime you want to go anywhere from hotel..
