Very bad hotel first they accept the booking from online website and then don't accept them later.Pls confirm your booking if in chance you are going to stay. Will recommend to stay in different hotel

I'm only just on my way I'm not visited this place so I'm not able to give any experience

Room is very bad. They don't even lock well from inside. They don't take online payment and the biggest problem is that there is no handwash and towal inside the washroom.

Good service staff behaviour is good, and also in budget

Well spacious rooms. I missed to click picture of room. It was having double bed with spring mattress + two 2 seater sofa + one glass table around 2'x1.5' + one study table + one office chair + AC+ Fan. Bathroom was clean with fan, exhaust, geyser, shower. Gallery is also well spacious. Overall more than satisfactory. Room rent I paid for this room was Rs.1400/- for one 1 night. They have open parking in front of hotel. Room service, I can't say as I have not availed the service. If you are planning to visit Tajmahal and Agra Fort, I would recommend this hotel. Just 2 kms distance from Tajmahal.

I had worst experience staying at this hotel. I had been to Agra for my cousin engagement. My relatives booked it for my family convenience, bcoz I have 2 kids 9 month old and 5 years old. When we just checked in with kids and luggage in our hands, receptionist asked us to pay the full amount while check in only. With my 9 month old baby. I had to face milk issues over there. They have nothing to provide you neither room service, nor any facility when you are going with kids. I don't know how they have earned even 1 positive review, may be they have paid for it. But seriously I am reviewing it genuinely to save your time and money. Never ever go to this Hotel

I had booked two rooms for family of 6 adults and 2 children. Overall a comfortable stay with minor issues. In room: Spacious rooms with chair, comfortable sofa, centre table, study table, good interior, nice furniture, big wardrobe, effective AC but had issue in another room, attached lat-bath, gyser, marble tiles, LED TV with STB, intercom, room service, courteous staff. Issues faced: Humid smell when entered for first time, No ventilation, No remote to TV, asked but didn't get. No remote to AC, room got chilled and had to turn off from the main socket as advised by hotel staff. Bath fittings aren't in proper condition, some are demaged and need repairing. Over priced food charges, even a tea is on the expensive side. Parking is at the hotel's entrance, out on the paved street by the busy road. It took multiple calls for waiter to bring non functional AC remote and a STB TV remote. At night, calls to reception is in vain and it keeps ringing.

Very bad accommodation. No towels. No clean bedsheets and pillows covers. Poor service. Telephone not working.Poor cleaning of room. Charging more amount of money .when said that the price is this much and when we check out then ask for more money. Also poor staff behaviour. Poor cleaning of bathrooms. Don't come here. Our experience as a tourist in Agra For first time was very good but as we came for 2 time. Worstt experience ever.
