there is mouse in room they makes noise whole night, reception staff doesn't know how to talk with customer they always talk in rude tone. there food is pretty good. we order veg biriyani & breakfast both are good.
Old hotel, average stay. Unhygienic kitchen and below average food with very high prices! Not good for a stay longer than 1 day. Wifi doesn't work. Hot water comes only till a specific time in morning. Only good thing is a spacious room.

Sorry to say hotel is not maintained, no proper sanitation. There is leakage in the bathrooms and no proper lighting in the rooms. Service is not upto the mark. Despite situating at prime location of city maintenance is very poor. I will not suggest any one to stay there
No service at all, pricing doesn't match the service, room phone is dead have to call on mobile phone twice and thrice for every single thing. Only room ambience is good ( one star for room ) rest Big zero for everything.

No stuff of whiskey was available in the bar it was only beer.
