It was a horrible experience.. Toilet pot and basin had water leakage so dirty water was getting filled in washroom.. they didn't provide us handwash/soap.. after asking multiple times provided towel .. At night staffs were drunk , partying and fighting on the floor on which we stayed. It was scary. Power cuts at mid night.. generator back up was given after 2 hours. We couldn't sleep at all in that horrible hotel..
I was going to Baidyanath dham and then I gave the the keys and said I will be back to take keys in a hour but then they not gave me the keys even after viewing the cctv footage and they took my all money
The rooms were clean and the staff was polite. The tariff was reasonable. Would recommend to anyone willing to stay close to the main temple.
If they improve their room service it will be better place to stay. No dustbin in rooms. AC is not giving cooling as required. Washrooms are not so clean. No Phone in rooms. No lift. Worst is their room service. No body cares what we need.

Good place, decent ambience, clean and well kept rooms. This is located very close to the temple vicinity, so pilgrims can just walk to the west door of temple. Staff is polite and helpful too. Recommended for families
Located just near the railway station in city(perfect location),the hotel is clean and provides u great hospitality.The hotel owner Mr.Mukesh is very helpful and will guide u throughout your stay.The staffs were very helpful.The hotel provides u almost every facilities from good rooms to desert safari,jeep safari,camel safari and tent stay.
