While i called the receptionist i insisted that i need a room with good wifi. they all noded their head and gave me a room where the signal was just 1 point. While i enquired they said it is router issue. There was another router which had good signal but they denied to give access to it. very bad service from the hotel. Also there are no hotel, tea shop close to the hotel. You will definitely need a bike to look our for one. The room had so much or cockroaches inside the cupboard. There was no room service. Anything u need we have to come to the reception and do self service. It is definitely not worth the 1000+ rs that i paid.
Very well maintained hotel on a prominent place at Arcot Road Porur very decent staff and the Manager is too good to help the customers Rooms are well maintained and kept neat and tidy there is room service and I did not find anytime my call took more than 3rings prompt and happy answer was from reception every time I am a regular visitor being my petrol pump in close proximity I will love to stay here everytime I am in Porur will ask my friends to visit if they are coming to Chennai or Porur well done team will keep taking your services good job
Still new and clean facility. Reasonable room charge. Free wifi available in good connectivity. Around this residency, various restaurant, bar, supper market are available in walking distance. It is good for few days business use.
The location was easy to find. Stay was comfortable Toilets were neat Staffs were polite. Pricing was also ok. Parking facility is less. And no secure parking area for hotel. That's a bad thing.
Very bad rooms. Smelly, very dim lights, reception not responsive and offensive at times. The exhaust fan in the room next to us caught fire, causing whole floor to smell like burnt plastic. Eventually, all our clothes started smelling bad. No experienced personnel to put the fire off. They had to do trial and error to put off the fire. They didn't want to call fire service about the incident, as it was due to own negligence. Power went on and off atleast 5 times. Water heater didn't heat the water at all. Edited: forgot to mention mosquitoes. Too many of them. It rained on the day of our stay and the road flooded
