If u are coming from airport or from any other destination via ola / uber, the cab service provider will automatically take the location which is actually wrong. The cab driver will drop you to a place which is nowhere nearby to hotel. Hotel staff don't offer you any help and will say that we can't do anything. They offer pathetic services and if you order something in hotel, the hotel staff will just knock ur door and will come inside your room if the door is not locked from inside. They will not wait for you to open the door also. It is close to golden temple but the lane in which the hotel is situated is very very dirty. Rooms are not at all clean and linen and towels are dirty. Pls don't opt it as its a sheer waste of money.

Basically rooms are spacious and good. If a person wants to live near darbar sahib then go for this place i have lived here for like 4 to5 times and this is my perment hotel whenever i come to amritsar. - staff is nice - near to gurudwara - big rooms - resturant is just next to hotel

I went to Golden Temple, Amritsar with my family. We didn't get a room at any of the gurdwara sahib sarais (room accommodations). It was getting very late, like 2 am. So this agent person comes up and tells us about nearby hotels and this one was the closest and not so dubious looking. They charged us a good money for whatever was left of the night. Overpricing was not so much of a problem, since we were expecting that, as their water supply. Water ran out when we were getting ready to leave. However the issue was taken care of swiftly. The room service let's you order from an adjacent dhaba that remains open throughout the night. So at least we didn't go to sleep on an empty stomach.

During our family tour to Amritsar in May 2014, we have stayed here for 2 nights. The hotel is good and affordable. It is located a bit inside. The rooms are neat and clean, well maintained and spacious. Hotel staff was well behaved and helpful. Very IMP, it is very close to Golden Temple, so we visited Golden temple at Day & also at Night. We had booked it through MakeMyTrip.

The owner is greedy and money minded. I paid the advance of rs. 500 for rs800 room, as he requested one day in advance and on reaching there, he refused the room saying he didnot see the message. Later he offered me the room for rs 1200. I had a horrible experience with this hotel.

AC remote wasn't there. Fan's regulater wasn't working. In washroom Light switch wasn't proper. Only one blanket given to us that too fata hua. No clothe doormat available in front of washroom. Only one time (in morning) hot water available. No sope and shampoo given. Tea and aloo, Gobi and paneer paratha was tasteless.

Hostile owner. Took advance, still canceled my booking. Later offered me room at inflated rate. He didn't have any consideration of putting a lady in trouble. Later I realised all the rooms of most of the hotels around were booked. I have to take refuge in a compromised accommodation and that too at inflated rate. His dealing was pathetic.

Even though it is 15 mins walk to Golden temple, I wouldn't recommend this hotel to any family traveler. First reason: The hotel location is in lane which is very narrow and one cannot get any transportation outside the hotel, you need to walk for 1-1.5 kms. Second reason: Mobile network reception is dead once you enter the hotel premise area. Third reason: Room is too small and not at all clean. When we reached the hotel floor was completely wet. Fourth reason: Wi-fi is connected but not at all working. We din't stay there, even though the booking was for 2 nights, we shifted to Humble Una hotel at Lawrence Road. If you are backpacker and looking for cheapest stay you can opt for this place but if you are travelling with family / kids / senior citizens, please do not book.
