This is the worst hotel I have ever booked by OYO. Though mentioned under OYO premium room, it's AC, TV, telephone,WiFi were non functional. Bathroom was dirty. No toiletries, drinking water were provided (I had to ask reception twice to get them). No power supply backup was available. No water supply available in bathroom(I had to asked reception to get water available in bathroom). Chair backrest pillows were dirty. OYO charged extra INR 1119 even after doing full payment. No Complementary breakfast was provided thought it was mentioned while booking.When talked with OYO customer care,they asked me to provide screenshot of full payment as an evidence for the extra amount I have been charged.(I didn't know that I had to take screenshot for my full booking amount payment, as I never thought that I have to pay extra amount even after full payment. I know there was option available for partial payment to book the room but I didn't choose that option, If I know that OYO will charge extra amount,i would have taken screenshot of full payment). I didn't got a call back from OYO support team even after complaint to OYO customer care. Hotel reception attendent was not soft spoken and started debating when we( me and other people residing in the hotel) complained about no power supply backup available during both nights stay. Lots of mosquito biting in the room during my stay. My overall experience with the hotel and the OYO was worst. Worst experience me and my family have faced by booking this hotel from OYO.
Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay here are the staff. All of the staff is very helpful and generous. Rooms are comfortable & clean. Also, it gives you homely feeling. GREAT EXPERIENCE & MEMORABLE TRIP. Thanks for this lovely experience I'll be back soon.
I recently went to haridwar with my family and we choose this place to stay. And it was a good decision. The rooms are quite spacious and clean. Staff was nice and courteous. And the location is good. 10 minutes from har ki paudi and you can go to rishikesh and dehradun easily.

Doesn't accept online bookings. Charged 1500 for dirty rooms , dirty bathroom. Felt like room was not cleaned for ages. Below average experience with hotel

Good place to stay. Hotel manager and staff were cordial and helpful. Really you will enjoy a great experience. Must visit for a lovely stay.
Hotel rooms are big and good. But owner is not good. Service is not good. Don't opt for breakfast their food is not good at all. I had found hair in the breakfast. I regret my decision for opting breakfast. Not recommended from my side.

When we walked into the hotel we were immediately given a warm welcome which was particularly nice after travelling so far. our room was very clean comfortable and the restaurant was superb and the staff could not do enough for us food was very good
